حذف حسابك في «بلياردو برو»

من داخل اللعبة (فوري):

  1. افتح اللعبة واضغط على ⚙️ الإعدادات.
  2. اضغط سياسة الخصوصية.
  3. اضغط حذف حسابي في الأسفل ثم أكّد.

أو بالبريد: أرسل إلى amashfadel00@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، واكتب اسمك في اللعبة ورمز نقل الحساب (الإعدادات ← رمز نقل الحساب) أو إيميل جوجل المرتبط بحسابك. نحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام.

ما الذي يُحذف: الحساب ومعرّفه، الاسم والصورة، العملات والعناصر والمستوى والإحصائيات والتصنيف، ربط حساب جوجل (المعرّف والبريد)، وسجل المشتريات المرتبط بالحساب.

ما الذي يُحتفظ به: لا شيء مرتبط بك. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة للخادم حتى 30 يوماً ثم تُحذف تلقائياً. سجلات الدفع لدى Google Play تخضع لسياسة Google.

Delete your Billiards Pro account

In the game (immediate):

  1. Open the game and tap ⚙️ Settings.
  2. Tap Privacy policy.
  3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.

Or by e-mail: write to amashfadel00@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account”, including your in-game name and your account transfer code (Settings → Account transfer code) or the Google e-mail linked to the account. We delete it within 7 days.

Deleted: the account and its ID, name and avatar, coins, items, level, statistics and rating, the Google sign-in link (ID and e-mail), and the purchase records of the account.

Kept: nothing linked to you. Encrypted server backups may keep a copy for up to 30 days before they are erased automatically. Payment records at Google Play follow Google's policy.
